Job Description
DigitalOcean is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting who will lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings, draft new disclosures, and optimize SEC reporting processes. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience, and is proficient in SEC reporting software and ERP Systems.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
- 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license (strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize), ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion), and Excel
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
