Principal Software Engineer

Requirements

• Design and evolve the architecture for Agent development experience, including code integration, observability, tools, and cross-agent interactions.
• Drive initiatives to deliver an optimized architecture for scalability, reliability, low-latency, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, coding practices, tooling, and infrastructure guidelines.
• Lead Operations Excellence for the Agent development platform, establish mechanisms and processes that scale.
• Drive AI-driven automation to optimize operations
• Drive development of internal tooling leveraging agents across the company
