Job Description
Supports requirements gathering and discovery workshops with business stakeholders, conducts current state assessments, and performs gap and data analysis. Also, documents issues, defects, and enhancement requests, and elicits and documents requirements. Creates logical system specifications, change requests, test cases, user guides, and strategy roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Information Technology
- 5 or more years of experience in Business Analyst or Technical Analyst within an IT technology environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical understanding of Enterprise Web and Mobile Application development and deployment concepts
- Experience in an Agile Environment (using Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
- Development skills in Java, HTML, and JavaScript (optional)
