Senior Shopify Engineer

As a seasoned Frontend Developer, you will have experience with HTML, CSS and CRO platforms. You are an expert in developing eCommerce solutions and supporting BAU and Deployments. You will be joining a small cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Use your strong technical expertise and team-playing skills to complement and get the best out of the existing team.
• Measure twice, cut once. We love to architect the solution and define tasks well before we start coding.
• Follow the coding standards and design principles outlined by the technical leadership team.
• Participate in sizing sessions and contribute your estimates.
• Write Clean code
• Write unit tests and ensure the code coverage meets the desired levels.
• Prepare run sheets for weekly deployments & hot fix cutovers for your work items.
• Take ownership in delivery and be accountable.
• Create pages that expected to meet google page speed insights
• Responsible for production support activities and being a member of the support roster.
• On a good day, we work normally, but at times, due to critical timelines, you may be asked for over-time that will be compensated based on the pre-discussed arrangements
