Job Description
TA & EB Supervisor_HCMC is responsible for supervising and tracking all scopes of work relating to staffing, employment compliance and labor relations. The role involves leading team members to ensure quality recruiting talents, building and implementing development plans for employer branding, and executing tasks such as recruitment, employer branding, compliance and labor relations, and employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Economics/ related majors.
- Having general knowledge of Labor Law.
- Having good skills in recruitment, negotiation, plan setting and execution, problem finding and solving and resource management.
- Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field and position.
- Highly responsible, careful, honest, hard-working.
