Job Description
Client Success Manager at DiligenceVault, responsible for strategic partnerships, adoption, and value realization with North American clients in the institutional investment landscape.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer/Client Success within FinTech/InvestmentTech
- Strong familiarity with investment management (Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Consultants)
- Solid understanding of API integrations
- SQL experience strongly preferred
- Executive Presence and Problem-Solving Mindset
