Manager Software Engineering

We are looking for a Manager Software Engineering to lead agile engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products while actively shaping how AI accelerates software development.

Requirements

• Overall around 10 years experience, with close to 5+ years experience Leading / managing software engineering teams
• Proven success leading agile teams delivering high-quality, scalable software
• Strong hands-on technical background with React, Node.js, TypeScript, relational databases (MySQL), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture, design principles, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience working with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, Cursor AI)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A customer-first mindset, ensuring user needs guide technical decisions
