Job Description
You will be a seasoned AI engineer designing, shipping, and owning production-grade agentic systems that solve real enterprise problems. You will take technical ownership of Compliance in a Box (CiaB) and architect and evolve the AI reasoning layer and agent orchestration framework.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline
- Demonstrable understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and agent-based systems
- Ability to write clean, well-tested code â Python preferred
- Strong experience of shipping real AI products - not chatbots!
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
