Senior Product Manager (IT Risk)

Diligent is a global leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions. The Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk will set the strategic direction for one of Diligent's critical and fastest-growing product areas - defining how AI reshapes the way organisations identify, assess, and act on IT and cyber risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with significant SaaS experience in recent years
• Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end-to-end
• Experience working in or alongside GRC, compliance, or enterprise risk environments
• AI & Technical Acumen: demonstrated experience building or shaping AI-powered product features
• Strategic & Leadership Skills: strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
