Solutions Engineer / Pre Sales Consultant (Risk & Audit)

This role is ideal for someone from a Risk, Audit, or Compliance background who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex problems, and presenting thoughtful, high-impact solutions in a commercial environment. The Solutions Engineer / Pre Sales Consultant will partner closely with Sales to help organisations understand how the Diligent platform can transform the way they manage risk, audit, and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, or GRC, either in a customer-facing role or within industry
• Experience working with SaaS solutions or strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes
• Curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen both technical and domain knowledge
