Retail / E-Commerce Specialist

Your role as a Retail/E-Commerce Specialist will involve prioritizing tasks such as preparing sales account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Prepare and maintain sales account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed (credit cards fees, sales adjustments, etc.)
• Accomplishing financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop assign tasks for MEC (Month End Closing) with entries and reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other accounting projects
• Supporting audits ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards
