Job Description
The Estimating Coordinator will provide preconstruction and estimating services, including subcontract administrative support, prequalification support, and construction document management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or at least three years related experience and/or training
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Experience with CMIC and Isqft platforms a plus
