Job Description
Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, and job site safety.
Requirements
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities
- Communicate with project team regarding OCO, RFI's, and Material Submittals
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
- Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite
- Facilitate at foreman, project management and owner meetings
- Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors
