Associate Investment Strategist

Dimensional is seeking an Associate Investment Strategist to join its rapidly expanding team in Munich. The successful candidate will be part of the European team of Dimensional’s Investment Solutions Group and will work collaboratively with others in the ISG team, Portfolio Managers, Researchers, and the sales team. The role requires strong technical proficiency, in-depth investment knowledge, and excellent presentation skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Robust experience working in the investment or asset management industry or related experience
• Strong investment background and understanding of public equity markets
• General understanding of theoretical and empirical research on asset pricing
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Evidence of strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Experience presenting technical investment topics to external stakeholders
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
