Job Description
The Research department at Dimensional is seeking PhD students to intern in the summer of 2026. The internship offers an opportunity to work on intellectually stimulating challenges and provides real life experience into the different aspects of research at Dimensional.
Requirements
- Progress toward a PhD or current postdoctoral position in a discipline such as finance, economics, engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or similar
- Completed PhD coursework and plan to defend dissertation within the next 12 months (ABD)
- Excellent quantitative problem-solving and analytic skills
- Excellent programming skills in one or more languages
- Ability to communicate financial and economic concepts
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience doing empirical research with large datasets
