Regional Director, Financial Institutions Group EMEA

The Regional Director, Financial Institutions Group EMEA will drive asset growth, platform penetration, and strategic intermediary relationships across EMEA domiciled markets. The role requires a solid foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory, as well as a global growth mindset, strong business development initiative, and client service orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
• Personal alignment, understanding, and appreciation of Dimensional's investment process, philosophy, and business strategy
• Extensive consultative sales abilities in building relationships and the ability to demonstrate a successful track record in raising net new assets
• Extensive knowledge and network of strategic platform firms and decision makers
• Collaborative disposition with authentic willingness and desire to work cross-functionally across the GCG and all other Dimensional divisions
• An entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and passion; a self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with regards to conveying technical investment approaches
• Ability to present Dimensional’s products and philosophy to small and large groups
