Senior Associate, Marketing Operations (Project Manager)

The Senior Associate, Marketing Operations (Project Manager) is responsible for facilitating the production and delivery of marketing campaigns and materials for Dimensional's global brand.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, design, and/or advertising
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Excellent relationship, persuasion/influence, presentation and communication (verbal/written) skills and a professional client service mind-set
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
• Must be process-driven, but flexible
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Experience working in a marketing or creative environment
• Background in the financial services industry preferred
• Ability to work with details and ensure accuracy, while maintaining a big picture focus
