Job Description
As a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney, you will handle all aspects of representing clients in their Work Comp matters, providing direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, and communicating with clients, insurance companies, and other parties.
Requirements
- Active Bar license in Missouri and Kansas.
- Proactive communication with clients.
- Negotiation with insurance companies.
- Drafting of case materials and legal documents.
- Representation at hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
