Job Description
The Associate Attorney will represent clients and collaborate with the legal team to ensure that each person we represent receives the highest standard of legal service. The attorney will be primarily located in either Topeka, KS or Lawrence, KS, and may spend a portion of time at each.
Requirements
- Active Bar license in Kansas and at least 1 year of experience pursuing or defending personal injury law claims or other legal experience such as workers' compensation, disability, or any form of civil litigation
- Preferred - Active Bar license in Missouri
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, etc. and tech savvy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations
