Direct Agents is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer and UGC programs across client accounts. The role involves sourcing and managing talent, driving content quality, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or integrated campaign management—agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; fluent in influencer and UGC content strategies
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with influencer platforms (HypeAuditor, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) and Google Workspace
- Basic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Active user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) with hands-on experience applying them to real work—from research and analysis to ideation and storytelling
