Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, performance-obsessed SEO Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own SEO strategy for a portfolio of large and enterprise-sized clients—driving organic growth, leading client relationships, and pushing the boundaries of what search can do.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of SEO agency experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, updates, and their business impact
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data to set and implement performance-driving SEO strategies—repeatedly and at scale
- Expert-level proficiency across tools including: Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Google Ads, Moz, ContentKing, VWO/Optimizely, Shopify, Klaviyo/Braze/Salesforce, and/or related platforms
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on greater responsibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to meet client goals
- Genuine passion for the world of SEO
