Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a highly qualified Antitrust Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized law firm's Business Litigation practice in Washington, D.C. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team representing both national and international clients in a broad range of antitrust matters.
Requirements
- Represent clients in all stages of federal and state antitrust matters, including government investigations, complex civil and class action litigation, and merger review.
- Advise on compliance and regulatory matters involving the DOJ, FTC, and state attorneys general.
- Assist with pre-merger filings and clearance processes, including HSR filings.
- Participate in depositions, motion practice, and oral arguments.
