Job Description
Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking an Associate for a leading global law firm to join their esteemed Corporate Finance team in New York. Candidate should have private credit and syndicated debt finance experience at peer firm with at least some exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management or special situations finance. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome.
