Job Description
This is an Associate – Copyright (Transactional) position at a well-regarded Am Law firm, representing clients on complex copyright and content-related matters at the intersection of technology, media, and intellectual property.
Requirements
- J.D. with strong academic credentials
- 6+ years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally in copyright, IP licensing, tech transactions, or entertainment
- Experience with complex agreement drafting and negotiation
- Familiarity with music, media, or digital content industries preferred
- Admission to a U.S. Bar or eligibility for admission
