Job Description
Direct Counsel is proud to partner with a leading AmLaw 100 national firm in its search for a Litigation Associate (4–6 years of experience) to join its high-performing team in Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for major clients across a wide range of industries — all within a nationally recognized litigation practice.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- Courtroom experience preferred
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
- J.D. from a nationally recognized, accredited law school, top 30% of class
- Admitted to practice in California
Benefits
- Base salary: $270,000–$325,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Bonus eligibility: Performance- and hours-based bonuses available
