Job Description
This Associate role involves managing and supporting high-impact litigation, including MDL and consumer class actions, with a focus on early resolution strategies and trial readiness. The team takes a strategic, business-oriented approach to litigation, leveraging optimal client outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting MDL and consumer class action matters, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and participating in discovery, depositions, and case development.
Requirements
- J.D. with strong academic credentials
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex litigation, including MDL and/or consumer class actions
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to a U.S. Bar or eligibility for admission
