Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a Business Litigation Counsel to join its Irvine, California office. This is a non-partner track position with a reduced billable hour requirement and no expectation of business development or firm management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling complex business litigation matters
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and significant courtroom experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions and managing litigation cases
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral advocacy skills
Benefits
- $235,000 – $290,000 per year, depending on experience
