Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a premier Am Law firm with offices in Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal with 5–10 years of law firm experience to support sophisticated litigation teams across all phases of disputes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable balancing multiple active litigation matters

Benefits

• Hourly range: $52.00 – $78.10
• Actual compensation will depend on years of experience, technical litigation support background, and overall fit
