Commercial Litigation Partner - New York

Direct Counsel is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner for its New York office, managing complex commercial disputes and overseeing junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Active bar admission in New York
• Proven ability to lead litigation matters independently and serve as trial counsel
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in a large law firm environment preferred
• Background in real estate, lender/debt disputes, or non-compete matters is a plus
