Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney to join a national AmLaw firm in its Denver office. The role supports a busy and growing M&A and private equity practice and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated corporate transactions.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A
- Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and ancillary deal documentation
- Prior experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High degree of professionalism, maturity, and business acumen
