Corporate Associate Attorney to join a leading global law firm in its Short Hills, New Jersey office. The role involves complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and general corporate counseling for emerging growth companies.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with M&A transactions, venture capital financings, and/or emerging growth company representation is preferred
• Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based or eligibility to obtain admission
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
