Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Incentives Senior Attorney to join a leading Am Law 100 firm. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience advising on corporate relocation, economic development incentives, or related areas, and strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience advising on corporate relocation, economic development incentives, or related areas
• Experience working with major corporate development projects across industries
• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Process-driven, highly organized, and able to manage competing deadlines
• Skilled at client management and team collaboration
• Able to work both independently and as part of a national, integrated practice group
• JD required; strong academic credentials preferred
