Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney (Investment Services) to join a national law firm’s investment management practice in Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. This opportunity is ideal for a midlevel corporate associate (3–6 years of experience) with a background in investment advisers, private investment funds, and securities regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Advise SEC-registered investment advisers and private investment funds
- Handle regulatory and compliance matters under federal securities laws
- Assist with transactional matters involving investment advisers and private funds
