Direct Counsel is seeking an Emerging Growth & Venture Capital Associate Attorney to join the corporate group of a leading global law firm. The attorney will work with emerging growth companies and institutional investors, handling venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- 5-8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital work
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage transactions and collaborate with teams
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and client service orientation
