Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate. A highly qualified midlevel associate to join its premier Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice, supporting major M&A deals, executive arrangements, and equity-based incentive structures for some of the most prominent companies in the market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of law firm experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Significant experience advising on executive compensation/benefits in deals
- Expertise in drafting and administering incentive and deferred comp plans
- Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction
- A sharp, detail-oriented approach and strong client service mindset
