Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join a well-established California-based law firm. The role offers a collaborative hybrid work environment, hands-on mentoring, and a clear path to partnership.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment counseling and/or litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials and professional judgment
Benefits
- Base salary range: $195,000 – $230,000
- Annual billable hours expectation: 1,850
- Associates are eligible for a 15% bonus of base compensation
