Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized technology and life sciences law firm to add a mid-level Employment Associate to its highly regarded Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both employment litigation and day-to-day counseling, including wage & hour, terminations and reductions in force, leaves of absence & accommodations, workplace investigations, and worker classification.
