Direct Counsel is working with a top-tier law firm to identify a Finance Associate Attorney to join its Finance & Transactions practice in Chicago, New York, or Dallas. Requirements
- 4–6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
- Experience managing transactions from term sheet to closing
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- J.D. from a well-regarded institution and strong academic credentials
- Admission (or pending admission) in the jurisdiction where you’ll be working (Illinois, New York, or Texas)
