Franchise Paralegal - St Louis

We are seeking a Franchise Paralegal to join our Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside attorneys advising national and international clients on franchise, regulatory, and transactional matters.

Requirements

• Paralegal Certificate or related degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of franchise practice
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
