IP Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Senior Intellectual Property Attorney to join a Global law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The role requires a seasoned IP professional with a strong client following and experience in managing complex IP matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in a state where an office is located (GA, TX, MD, NC, IL, OH, CO, CA, MO, FL, NY, PA, WI, UT, WA, D.C.)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing intellectual property law
• Portable book of business required
• Experience in an AmLaw 200 firm or comparable environment is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and complex IP matters
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and business development skills
• Technical or scientific background preferred but not required
