Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm in its search for an IP Litigation Associate to join its thriving Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. The firm is seeking a skilled and highly qualified associate with at least 3 years of patent litigation experience to support its rapidly growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice.
Requirements
- J.D. from a top law school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in patent litigation
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, or physics
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of the office, or ability to become admitted
- USPTO registration is a plus, but not required
