Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an IP Litigation Specialist in Houston to support attorneys within the Intellectual Property group. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IP litigation experience and strong knowledge of IP rules and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IP litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of IP rules and procedures
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with IP Docketing Systems, InTapp, Chrome River, iManage, and Microsoft Office
- Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
