Direct Counsel is seeking a Junior Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded Private Wealth Services team, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on sophisticated domestic and international wealth planning, tax strategies, and estate matters.

Requirements

• Draft estate planning documents
• Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda addressing complex estate, tax, and trust issues
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on advanced estate and tax planning strategies
• Manage and maintain client files efficiently and ensure timely communication
