The Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator will support firmwide hiring initiatives and attorney development programs in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of the California legal market
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, LawCruit)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and shifting priorities
