Job Description
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Reno, NV. Candidates must hold an active Nevada Bar license.
Requirements
- Proficient in written discovery, including e-Discovery
- Command of the Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure
- Oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and deposition
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Active Nevada Bar license
