Litigation Associate (Mid to Senior Level) at a national law firm in Orange County, CA. Seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Litigation Associate to join their team to handle complex cases, provide leadership, and contribute to the firm's long-term success.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- 3+ years of litigation experience (general civil and/or employment litigation preferred)
- Strong legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while mentoring junior associates
- Experience handling depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
