Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking a 4th–5th Year Litigation Associate to join their Houston, TX office, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Graduation from a nationally recognized law school
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience analyzing complex legal and factual issues and drafting pleadings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Admission to the Texas Bar is required
