Job Description
Direct Counsel has partnered with a leading California law firm to recruit a California-admitted litigator for its Construction and Facilities Group (CFG). The firm is seeking an attorney with a strong litigation background who values a collaborative and supportive firm culture.
Requirements
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- Excellent academic credentials (T-14 law school or near top of class)
- 4 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation
- Experience with or strong interest in construction-related disputes
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and advocacy
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and client-focused
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
