Litigation Income Partner (12+ Years) – Seattle

Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Income Partner to join its Seattle office, handling complex commercial disputes and leading matters from inception through trial.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 12+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Active bar admission in Washington (additional admission in Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska is a plus)
• Extensive experience with trial work, depositions, and motion practice
• Proven ability to independently manage cases and serve as lead counsel
