Litigation Paralegal

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a leading law firm’s Denver office. Requirements

• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate (or attorney declaration under BPC 6450 required)
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm environment
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
• Proficiency with litigation technology platforms, including Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, Westlaw, or LexisNexis
• Experience managing large-scale document reviews and discovery databases
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with both attorneys and clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
